Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner via phone/Email
- Maintain good relationship with with customer
- Maintain high-level service standards
- Work Location: Kwun Tong/ Kowloon Bay/North Point/Mong Kok/Hung Hom
- With bank benefit: year-end bonus and medical insurance
- Welcome candidates with inbound/outbound experience and insurance agents
Requirements:
- Passed in 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKAL/HKDSE
- Passed in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) paper 1, 2 and 3 is an advantage
- At least 1 year call center/ customer service/insurance experience
- Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel
- Proficient in spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English
